remove "upcoming Unicode 5.2" data and notes #174

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

The emoji4unicode data includes a flag (a '*' prefix on the Unicode code
point) for symbols that are unified with "an upcoming Unicode 5.2 character"
and this is printed in the charts. This is obsolete now because Unicode 5.2
has been released. We should use the final Unicode 5.2 UnicodeData.txt file,
remove the flags from the data, and remove the notes from the charts.
