There are messages shown in app, which we have no control over

In above image we see two notification being shown. The first one we can find in the Sample Code shared. Issue is with second notification. We couldn't find it in the sample code and have no control on when it shows.

Please share more details on the behavior of second notification and if can we control it.

Interestingly, from other device we see below set of notification:

1. The expected notification from app.
2. The custom notification we have scheduled for debug purpose
3. The notification on redmi note 8 pro shows title as "Google Play Service". The same notification on pixel 3a shows title as "Sample Public Health Authority App".

Also the icon for 3rd notification is slightly Pink in color. The inner circle (nucleus) of icon is larger than inner circle of other two icons.

I got this notification in the style, which is shown in the first comment on my Samsung Galaxy S10e with Android 10, saying, there was No contact with an infected Person. Almost gave me a heart attack because I read "eine" (a /one) instead of "keine"(no/none)
