Wider testing of instructions from the team

As part of our stability effort, it would be good to get some additional testing to supplement what William has done.

Propose that people try the different instructions:

Collecting observations on my end in testing documentation

• [ ] FHIR-data-pipes could use some overall restructuring to fix navigation. Maybe focus the doc a bit more on activities. e.g. to test it out, go here. to develop on top of it, go here. etc.
• [ ] It would be good to have a "prerequisites" section that in one shot explains what tooling needs to be set up to try things.
