Acknowledge and recognition to @aditya-07 and @divyaramnath-13 who have done most of the work i'm just trying to put them together.

There is an issue where duplicate Tasks are created when the PlanDefinitionCancerScreening PlanDefinition is used. This could be due to an error in CQL logic OR a bug in the KM since this is a nested PlanDefinition. Let's merge this for now and debug later?
