Find the best approach to track AMPATH's Indicator concept config #216

It is clear that AMPATH's indicator concept config can diverge quite fast as the test data might not cover all the relevant concepts. The best approach is to incrementally enrich the test data, however if this won't be tractable let's maintain it separately either through this repository or in another repository.
