Generation of populate_protos.h #3

I am interested to know how populate_protos.h is generated.

Hi @koleini,

Apologies for the delay in our response, I was OOO until yesterday. The code in populate_protos.h is generated internally by an automated updater for proto operations and data. It allows us to keep Fleetbench in sync with Google's workload distributions.
