we love Flogger and use it with the standard JDK logging backend for years. And while as developers we have no issue with the last release being years old, we're getting questions from our security group, why we still use an apparently inactive project. And while you have clearly indicated that you heavily rely on Flogger in Google, the only thing that will stop such questions, would be a new release.
I would love to continue Flogger without permanently defending it!
