Add FontStruction “Armiya” #1556

This font's been created with free online tool Fontstruct. It's a simple, modular display and stencil face. Stencil fonts are also called Army Fonts hence the name Armiya.

It currently supports all suggested glyphs by Google, but I am also planning on adding Cyrillic.
