Problem with Tenor Sans with latin-ext and downsizing

Tenor Sans font with latin-ext subset has problem displaying certain non-English characters (like č, š, ž) if you set the size under 50px.

It seems the screenshot didn’t get attached to the issue.

I can see it, but it's a video and it takes couple of seconds to load it.

@chrissimpkins let's queue this up for Q2, my guess is that dehinting and rehinting with ttfautohint will fix the accents issue and fixing the dotlessi should be really fast too
