Missing Character for Noto Serif TC #4545

Noto Serif TC is missing this "着" frequently-used character while Noto Sans TC & Noto Serif CJK TC has no issue. Thanks

This is not an issue: 着 is not in BIG5 encoding and should not be included in Noto Serif TC. However, it should be included in Noto Serif HK (but is not yet on Google Fonts). For more details, please refer to the Noto CJK repository.
