Upgrade Dekko #4665

Current version: v.1001

New available version: Font not exported yet, but there are modifications in sources (9 months ago)

Super short description of the upgrade: Expand glyphset, opentype features improved

Also, we would need a devanagari expert for issues like the one I mentioned with features.

There is also a conflict of some kind that I'm not sure how to fix.
