Super short description of the upgrades:

Fixes overly-bold quotation marks in lighter Sans styles (including Regular), as these were distracting in text
Adds Greek glyphs commonly used in Math, plus /ratio and /minus.superior
Fixes several spacing/kerning bugs in tabular figures, which disrupt tabular figures in some important use cases such as animated numbers and possible table data
