Upstream for Sitara font is gone #5545

Describe the bug

The upstream repo https://github.com/Neelakash/sitara is not available anymore. Also, it seems like the font has not been released, since https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Sitara is a 404.

Additional context

Found during https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask-fonts/pull/6589, since we are using either https://fonts.google.com/specimen/* or https://fonts.google.com/earlyaccess for the homepage URL.
