Super short description of the Font Family: An interesting Simplified Chinese display typeface, created by a famous Chinese Bilibili video creator oooooohmygosh from @atelier-anchor.

Requirements:

I understand that Google Fonts will publish only fonts that matches its requirements, and I can confirm the project meets them (by ticking the cases, or putting x between the square brackets in text mode):

• [x] The font supports at least GF Latin Core glyphset

• [ ] I am the author of the font or the author agreed to this submission

Hi there. The OFL license file in the repository states with Reserved Font Name <Smiley> and <得意黑>.. Our preference is no RFN, per the submission guidelines. @pkj-l Please advise.

(Users or developers who wish to subset the font or who wish to retain the RFN of Smiley Sans for any reason may contact us to obtain the appropriate license.)
