Hi @a-studio-named-desire, thanks for your submission. Unfortunately, the font at this stage is not matching Google Fonts quality standards, but is a great start and we want to encourage you in continuing to practice type design :) You can find on this webpage a list of resources to help you improve: http://rosaliewagner.com/type-links.
Continue improving the curves, and to adjust optically every shapes. Pay a particular attention to the accents design and their position. Be also careful with the distribution of thick and thin strokes, you can help yourself with some calligraphy basics to understand which stroke is supposed to be thin and which one is supposed to be thick —lots of resources online.

Super short description of the Font Family: Alvarado is a variable serif typeface based on vernacular signage found on the namesake street, specifically on the stretch through the Westlake and Pico-Union neighborhoods of Los Angeles, which are among the highest population density in the USA. Alvarado is an elegant typeface suitable for large bodies of text. The font family comes in four weights with Italics.
