Super short description of the upgrade:

Based on feedback from user communities, we commissioned Erin to redesign and expand these families. However, the engineering for these scripts is quite complex, so I will be providing a glyphset and OpenType rules. I'm probably not going to get this finished by EOQ1 so milestoning for a Noto release in Q2 and onboarding in Q3.

I'll take a look again but I'm not sure Erin finished (and is now no longer under contract).
