NotoSans SC/JP/KR embedded in PDFs do not display #7150

I'm using PTC Arbortext Styler to generate PDFs from DITA source. If I use Japanese, Korean, or Simplified Chinese to produce PDFs, I get a warning that embedded fonts cannot be extracted, and the PDF is completely blank.

BTW, I tried to report a bug at https://notofonts.github.io/reporter.html, but none of these languages are listed there! image image

Sorry, I grabbed screenshots from two different PDFs, but you get the idea.

This looks like a bug in whatever is making the PDF.

I'm experiencing the same issue chrome v127.0.6 PDF converter SKIA PDF M 127 NOTO SANS KR not exposed for PDFs printed from CHROME Web 글꼴 문제 해결3.pdf
