Update Anuphan #7618

Super short description of the upgrade: bug fix

Bugs reported in this repo which this upgrade would fix: Listnr: Font Anuphan have some problem about tone marks. I can't type the tone "่" after using the vowel "ำ" according to correct Thai writing principles.

It seems the github version has a correction version of the fonts: https://github.com/cadsondemak/Anuphan/issues/3 You can use it until we update the Google font!

Got another user feedback report that this issue is still a problem on fonts.google.com
