This is a new design, although it's technically not new: the 3.x design actually appeared briefly on GF about a year ago before it was downgraded back to the 2.x series. Following discussions with Dave, Tobias and Android we have decided to commit to moving to the 3.x design.
fontbakery version: 0.12.6
These won't break the CI job for now, but will become effective after some time if nobody raises any concern.
This is a Noto font but it lacks a DESCRIPTION.en_us.html file.
