Update content.md with additional preconnect to `https://fonts.googleapis.com` #7870

When adding new fonts, Google Fonts now suggests adding both of the tags:

<link rel="preconnect" href="https://fonts.googleapis.com">
<link rel="preconnect" href="https://fonts.gstatic.com" crossorigin>

for example when adding: Lexend and Alegreya 

<link rel="preconnect" href="https://fonts.googleapis.com">
<link rel="preconnect" href="https://fonts.gstatic.com" crossorigin>
<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Alegreya:ital,wght@0,400..900;1,400..900&family=Lexend:wght@100..900&display=swap" rel="stylesheet">
