It's likely that the four is just one unit below the cap height and a small tweak will fix this.

Thanks for the reply, just a question. Can I fix it on my side ( if so, can you suggest the changes I need to do) or need for a colaborator to make that fix?
I think it needs to be done by the designer or the Google fonts on boarder. I’ll ask.
