Known issue: XLS migration breaking FHE transpiler #34

Due to an upstream refactoring of XLS's public APIs, the FHE tranpsiler will be broken until we can properly migrate to the latest version. If you'd like to avoid this, please sync to commit ec1e0b0bcde6770819a91ac6b1e777e5fc39061d
