Public key homomoprhic encryption support #38

Hi,

Does the library offer to use public-key homomorphic encryption protocol (i.e. separating the encryption and decryption keys) ?

Currently we don't support compiling to a public key scheme, sorry. Support for that is not currently on our roadmap.
