I'm coming with the unfortunate news that Mozilla is going to decommission the fuzzdata repository soon (more background info can be found in issue 11).
We found fuzzbench as one of the main users of fuzzdata and want to bring this to your attention so that you can migrate to another solution.
We at Mozilla are going to switch to corpus-replicator, which allows us to have more targeted files rather than a catch-all dump of various files. The downside is that this might not be as universally applicable as fuzzdata is right now.
As for the timeline, we intend to decomission fuzzdata in a couple of weeks and will be happy to coordinate with you to make sure this is as smooth as possible.
