Please make the build reproducible. #56

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that python-gdata could not be built reproducibly due to non-deterministic filesystem ordering.

@lamby: I think this project is abandoned :(

I have already filed bugs on all reverse dependencies in Debian to switch to google-api-python-client.
