Bump version for a ghc-9.2-compatible release #94

IIUC, this package is compatible with ghc-9.2 as per #92, and merely lacks a hackage release to that effect; @jinwoo, may I ask you to do the honors?

So in addition to the PR I meant to ask someone to do the hackage release. I'd be happy to do that myself as well, but I believe only @jinwoo and @judah can do that, as the only hackage maintainers of ghc-source-gen. I might be able to throw together a shell script that'd perform the release if run with appropriate credentials, if that'd help?
