Cannot get a student onto myEd. Cannot create them as a user. #126

Can not get a student on. Username wal0003@baywestps.vic.edu.au. We added her as a user pressed save she appeared on the list then when we went to add her to the class we couldn't find her to add so went back into admin and she disappeared from our users. 2016 10 24 cannot create a user maybe because they already exist however i can see them
