Thanks for making this, made moving a bunch of issues much more convenient for us.
I moved issued one by one by pasting the url from repos where I was not the owner, but a member of the organization. For each issue, I encountered Error closing original issue: NullError: J.w1(...) is undefined. The content of the issue was still migrated successfully, and this just meant that I had to close the issues manually afterwards, so not a big deal.
