It would be nice if the CI was running the dependencies to setup the environment $(CONDA_ENV_PYTHON) in a separate workflow step: that would allow easier review of the CI log when reviewing PRs, see: https://github.com/google/globalfoundries-pdk-libs-gf180mcu_fd_pv/actions/runs/4438004297/jobs/7788479703?pr=51
