Original issue 295 created by JoelDJones on 2013-08-19T15:43:28.000Z:

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Install iOS 7 Beta
  2. Install Google Authenticator
  3. Attempt to scan a barcode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normally using the Scan Barcode feature works just fine. However, on iOS 7 Beta, the image from the camera seems to refresh every couple of seconds instead of giving a normal "video" or "camera display." In other words, when you normally go to take a photo on your phone you see the image on your screen exactly as it's happening in real time - like watching a video. However, on iOS 7 Beta (all versions so far) the Scan Barcode function doesn't display a "live" version of what the camera is seeing. Instead it gives a terribly delayed, only refreshed every second or so image. You can't scan a barcode because the image never focuses.

In addition, the name of the codes do not appear on the master list. You have to remember which code you added first. See attachment.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version for iOS on iOS 7 Beta 6.

Please provide any additional information below.
