Surveillance Issue - Hide Authenticator Key #645

Closed ultros closed 6 years ago

ultros commented 6 years ago

Hello, I'm currently under complete surveillance, probably a national security letter (I'm guessing it is completely illegal because of certain issues, but I still need to live my life until it is resolved), and need a way to hide the authenticator key codes on the primary screen so that they can't be viewed while I'm getting an authenticator key for another web service.

Imagine that my "eyes", "ears", and "internal thoughts" were being monitored.

So instead of showing all the keys when brought up on the primary screen, you had to click them to reveal it.

Thanks for any help!

Hi.

I'm afraid your use case is not in scope. Your feature request could be considered if it comes in the form of a pull request, but this being the opensource GA it's unstaffed. Standard template response below.

Good luck.

FYI: The version in Google Play Store / Apple App store is not the same as this opensource version. They've diverged. This opensource version is also unlikely to end up in the app stores. This open source version doesn't get much love, but I'll accept well-written pull requests. But don't expect this feature to be implemented by Google.
