The wiki page could be edited by anyone.Please fix it.

I'm not sure if you're saying it used to be editable, and now isn't, and it should be; or if you're saying it can currently it can't be edited and it should be.

Either way a new Google policy is kicking in today which will (has?) removed edit access to non-collaborators unless the project has resources to detect abuse. This project does not.

So depending on what you mean this issue will (has?) fix itself, or it's Working As Intended.
