Grouping of entries #705

I have a lot of entries in my Google Authenticator App. From my point of view it gets messy/chaotic the more entries I add.

Is there a way to somehow group the entries or label and make the entries searchable f.e. into business, private, client 1, client 2, etc. ... ?
