stroke/fill don't work in axisColor for AreaChart #105

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. AreaChart axisColor is documented to support everything in backgroundColor
2. However setting stroke/fill/strokeSize does not created a dashed line as
expected
3. Is there another way to create a dashed line?
4. Also if this did work, it seems like it would affect both horizontal
lines and the left vertical axis line. It would be nice if you could set
horizontal and vertical line look and feel separately.

What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?
AreaChart

Are you using the test environment (version 1.1)?
(If you are not sure, answer NO)
NO

What operating system and browser are you using?
Firefox/Ubuntu and Windows

Can you please fix this? We are desperate to make our Google Vis area charts look
better than they do, and we really want to use this api, but this issue, believe it
or not, is blocking us.
