Pie chart inside a donut #1456

What would you like to see us add to this API?
Is there any implementation in Google Pie Chart API to implement a small pie visualization
inside a whole of large pie chart (say parent chart). Please see attached screenshot
and html code for details.

What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?
