Bug with gvisMotionChart #1851

There is a bug....in chartid parameter if you leave space between words the chart does
not come at all. The chartid should be single word.

Since gvisMotionChart is an external product, I am not sure whether this bug is their
responsibility or ours. If you can provide a link to a demo page that shows the problem,
we can then dig into it.
