What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1.The country's don't match
2. Look at web page
3. ISO 3166-2:SC is not South Carolina, at least, not last time I checked.

Hi,
You should use different naming for US provinces:
use 'US-CA' instead of 'ISO 3166-2:CA'.

That sounds like a good work around, if only I was using California, which I am not.
I am using countries only.

I'm not sure I follow you. There is an ISO 3166-2 code for any state in the US. You
can use it to highlight any state in the US.

Your original question referred to South Carolina, which ISO code is 'US-SC'.

No, I am not asking about South Carolina, I am asking about iso codes like. 3166-2:SC
Which is Seychelles but appears on the map as south Carolina. The country iso codes
are appearing instead as states and as city's but not the countries for which they
represent.

Which map are you trying to load (what did you put under the 'region' field at the options)?
The Seychelles are too small to show up in any map (exception for the map of the Seychelles,
which you can see using region: 'SC')
