Allow configuration of gridline step size in BarChart/ColumnChart #580

What would you like to see us add to this API?

In BarChart and ColumnChart, I would like to see a configuration setting that allows
the user to specify the step size of the gridlines. For example, setting a step size
of 1 in a graph that ranges from 0-7 will draw 8 gridlines.

What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?

Gridlines are definitively needed for charts that displays a number of columnbars per
months.
