Data Table does not display scrollbars on Safari/iPad #596

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. Go to API Playground (http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/playground/?type=visualization#table_dimensions)

2. Change table height to 150px
3. See how there are no scroll bars?  Frustrating!

What component is this issue related to? DataTable

Are you using the test environment (version 1.1)?
(If you are not sure, answer NO) NO

What operating system and browser are you using?
iPad Safari

I'm facing the same problem. It works fine on Safari, Chrome (Mac Book), but fails on
iPAD1 & 2. 

Both horizontal & vertical scrolls are not working.
