Geochart: country zooming / div-filling #913

What would you like to see us add to this API?
I would like to have the option of either "zooming" in on the country, or have the
country fill a larger portion of the DIV. For example: Lesotho (LS) fills the entire
DIV, but South Africa (ZA) occupies a much smaller portion on the top-center of the
DIV.

This is a known bug in the South Africa map. GeoChart's automatic cropping mechanism
tries to make sure all of South Africa is in the map, including Prince Edward Island
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Edward_Islands) which are about 1000 miles south
of South Africa.

I just learnt something new. I did not know those two islands were part of South Africa
since I had never seen them feature on any map. Thanks for accepting the request.

zoom functionality for geochart would be great.

Bumping this up because the South African region map really doesn't look that nice. Chile has a similar issue because the Chilean islands in the Pacific (e.g. Easter Island) are rendered as well, which makes the whole map look rather empty.

It would be great to have an option to set a bounding box for what should be in the map.
