Feature request: latency test #11

Some sort of latency exerciser would be handy. Examples include "pointer trails" to see how far behind the touch input we get, and a big sliding box that tries to move with your finger. For the latter I'm thinking of something like Google Maps but with just a simple texture instead of network tiles.

The goal is to have a test app that shows the benefits of DispSync and eglPresentationTimeANDROID.

The reference above is caused by a bug in github x-ref procedure. Can you remove this false reference?
