[Data collection] Improve confirmation screen shown after data is submitted #2329

This would replace the modal dialog currently displayed. Note that the labels in the header are placeholders for the job and LOI names.

@rawbzz Can we find a graphic that's more relatable to our target audience for data collection (small-holder farmers, indigenous community members, and local staff)?
