There are probably a few use cases here. One that comes to mind is: As a Data Collector that has been associated to a survey I want to receive an email notification containing a link to the survey So that I am made aware of the request and I have easy access to the survey in ground.

Also: As a Survey Organizer, I was to notify Data Collectors that they have been granted access to a survey so that they can begin collecting data in the field.
