[Export] Bulk photo export #796

Some ideas discussed @kdyson:

[ ] Export ZIP of all photos in project.
[ ] Show dialog to allow user to select layers to export.
[ ] Allow user to select which questions to export photos (show photo questions under each layer).
[ ] Update photo EXIF on export, adding feature ID and/or name if present and question label.
[ ] Organize photos into folders by layer and feature.
[ ] Rename photos based on feature label (ID and/or name) if present and question label.

Ideally having them identified by plot would be best, possibly by label or a unique id that is visible to the user. either tagged, named, or organized into subfolders.

@kdyson, finally just getting back to this now. I think the best option for downloading media in bulk as requested would be to use the gsutil command-line tool. This is pretty standard for moving lots of files around in/to/from Google Cloud Storage. Could that work?

If so, what how would the image folders and filenames be structured to be most useful to your use cases?
