This PR proposes to introduce documentation with a sandbox example for running GRR and Fleetspeak in a Docker Compose sandbox.
The sandbox example runs docker containers for the GRR and Fleetspeak components, mySQL databases and Envoy for the proxying.
The example can easily be adapted for the other Fleetspeak frontend modes that are available in the Fleetspeak repository.
