Add apt installation instructions. #124

I've validated the master continuous build instructions (yay!), but want to validate the nightly and release instructions before merging. I need to wait for an actual release to be cut with the automated pipeline first.

I've validated nightly. Once the first automated release is pushed, I will validate that and we can merge.

I've validated the instructions for the automated release, and this is now ready to go.
