I’m interested in the IconVG project and its potential use for efficient presentation of simple vector graphics. However, I’ve noticed that the project has had little traffic since 2022, and the last commit is from around 4 months ago. Given that the format is still marked as experimental and subject to incompatible changes, I was hoping to ask a few questions:
What is the current status of the IconVG project?
Is it still actively being developed or maintained, even though contributions appear to have slowed down?
Is there an expected timeline for when IconVG might reach a more stable or production-ready state?
I ’m curious to know whether the project is still in the experimental phase, or if there's a roadmap towards achieving a stable release.
What are the key areas of the project that are still under active development or planned improvements?
