Not sure if there is any criteria required for a project to be listed in ECOSYSTEM.md, but, in case you weren't aware, there is a library called Metal.js that is actively developed and maintained and uses Incremental DOM.
No requirements, just a short description and a link is enough. Always nice to see what different things people have been up to!
