[Videos] Missing filters + incorrect format #1427

Only see DevBytes and Sessions. Missing topics. Also, as we have in the schedule page, the dropdown should say "Filters" and we only see the actual filters once we click on the arrow.

We're going to have 2 dropdowns, one for filtering video type and one for topic. DevBytes will still be selected by default.
