[Homepage] Show keynote video in between Day 1 and Day 2 #1466

From May 28, 5:30PM to May 29, 9AM the homepage should show the Keynote video on homepage (Instead of channel 1).

The CTA on top of the video should be: "Watch the 2015 keynote"
